Art Science collaboration
I am one of 10 artists and scientists selected to collaborate on work for a touring exhibition and presentations with SRUK.
Earlier in the year we met to find out what each other's research and interests were and hopw we might work together. I have been working with Ana Lopez Ramirez, a researcher at Cambridge department of Physiology, Development and Neuroscience. Her research into Alzheimers uses DNA from zebra fish and includes looking at the cells under UV light. I am making work that reflects this, if we are fortunate to be selected for a prize we will be taking the work to Madrid. Curator for this proejct is Marina Velez
