My name is Jane Matthews, and I'm emailing you on behalf of the Milton Road Primary School PTA. We are in the process of planning our annual Winter Fair and this year we would like to expand the number of "external" selling stalls at the Fair and were hoping you might be able to ask if any of your members would like to hold a stall?

The Winter Fair is one of the foremost social events in the school's calendar, and is very well attended by school families, with a brass band and professional caterer, and a bar, craft stalls, tombolas and games run by parents and pupils. In previous years we have had people selling jewelery, olive oil, hand-made pies, and ornaments - often things that make good Christmas present sell well.

This year the Winter Fair will be held from 5-7pm on Friday 1st December at the school (on Ascham Road in Cambridge) and we ask for a donation of £15 towards PTA funds to hold a stall.
