5 artists connected by The Fitzwilliam Museum Cambridge join together in Print, Painting, Textiles and Sculpture.
They have created a set of over 40 postcard sized artworks exhibited in cluster frames and available to buy individually.
They also present a set of works that link to an object in the Fitzwilliam Museum Collection that provides inspiration for their own art:Respond.
Other artwork shows different aspects of their practice as individual artists.
About the artists:
Hideki Arichi: British born Japanese artist, print maker, painter and film art direction.
Currently showing at the Royal Academy National Print fair with Hanga Ten.
Sarah-Cate Blake: Painter in acrylic and watercolour.
Artist with, Art on a Postcard and currently exhibiting 'Chitsu' at Birmingham Women's Hospital
Nathan Huxtable: Painter in acrylic, oil, mixed media.
Lucyna Mazur: Textile artist explores her polish heritage in dance and costume.
Eleanor Sparrow: paper sculptor and conceptual paper arts.
Stir is a busy and vibrant cafe offering a range of home baked breads & cakes and excellent coffees. Situated just off Chesterton Road some free street parking.
