Haddenham Arts Centre is a community arts centre located in the heart of the village High Street with plentiful free parking. Grown out of a vision to offer affordable artists studios you can now find gallery space featuring work from over 100 local and regional artists and makers, seven working artist’s studios, workshop room, fully licensed café and gardens.
With a strong community focus we make arts activities and events available and affordable to everyone. Annually we have six exhibitions, or you can get involved in one of our regular hands on workshops from life drawing and clay though to metal work and jewellery for beginners to more experienced. Our offer normally includes talks and films which we hope to restart soon.
This summer you can enjoy two feature exhibitions 5 Years to the Power of Bowie. Five artists, five years after Bowie left us, this exhibition features exquisite limited edition prints and affordable work by a collection of talented artists. Curated by Vincent McEvoy and Emily Clement (Hypergallery). James Marsh : Flights of Fancy are editions of numbered and signed prints. Original and exciting, James has attained international status as a highly acclaimed Illustrator & Designer. Both exhibitions run 1 May – August 2021.
Haddenham Arts Centre will be open for special Open Studio weekends on 17/18 & 24 / 25 July 10am – 4pm. In addition to our seven onsite artists we’ll have some invited artists and makers on site so you can enjoy demos and a chance to see artists at work. Browse, buy or just enjoy the relaxing atmosphere with a coffee or glass of wine in our sculpture gardens. Check out our online portfolio for details of particpating artists.
Open year round our normal opening days are Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 4pm.
