Different sized planters, suitable for indoors or outdoors, frostproof. They are particularly suitable for sedum type plants which can be directly planted into the pots. Drainage holes are provided slightly up from the base.

I can make coiled planters to comissions as well, as an example have a look at the 'owl pot"

I hand-build, using coiling- or slab building techniques. I often paint the leatherhard clay with coloured slips and scraffito or carve through the surface. I like to use different tools to texture the clay. My ceramics are often sculptural, but in an abstract way and every single piece is different.

Most of my work is made with stoneware clay. I use oxides, glazes and sometimes glass to finish the objects. I fire in an electric kiln to 1250 degrees C. This means the pieces are dishwasher and frostproof. My ideas are influenced by plants, nature and people.
